Welcome Vendors!

We would love to have you at our trade show!

Booth Information

  • Booths are sold on a first come, first served basis. 

  • All booth rentals include a listing on our event program and a link on our website's vendor page as well as a dedicated post on our Facebook page.

  • Booth price includes one table and up to two chairs

  • White linen tablecloths and power hook-up will be available for an additional charge

  • We will not be providing pipe and drape, but you may bring your own backdrop or divider

  • Your entire display must fit within your designated area. For safety concerns, all walkways must remain clear. 

  • If you can't attend the event, you can still reach brides through our show! We will place one piece of advertising material into each swag bag that will be handed out to guests upon arrival. See details of this option below in the "Booth Size Option" section. If you are interested in this option you must mail 100 pieces of marketing merchandise to Fussell Farm:  480 Vannoy Road, Millers Creek, NC 28651​

Mini Booth

  • $75

  • Dimensions: 4'w X 4'd

  • Requires high top table

Single Booth

  • $100

  • Dimensions 8'w X 5'd

  • Will accommodate one 6' table

  • Dimensions 16'w X 5'd

  • Will accommodate up to two 6' tables

Extras​

  • White Linen Tablecloth - $5

Swag Bag Advertising (For vendors who can't attend the event) - one piece of marketing merchandise inserted into each swag bag given out to brides - $25

Vendor Guidelines

  • Your booth space will not be reserved until your registration application is approved and your payment has been received by Elevation Bridal.

  • Booth setup starts at 9am and all booths must be complete by 12:30p.m.

  • Your display can’t exceed the space allotted.

  • The only business that can be advertised at a booth is the business that the booth is registered under. One booth=One vendor. 

  • Mini booths are required to have a high top table. 

  • We reserve the right to remove any objectionable displays, merchandise, or samples, and to alter the floor plan if needed for the overall welfare of the event.

  • If a vendor’s audio or video presentation is disruptive to a nearby booth or attendants, the vendor will be asked to adjust the source of the disruption accordingly. Elevation Bridal staff will have the final determination of acceptable sound levels.

  • Booths may not be taken down before the show ends at 5p.m.

  • Vendors may park close to the entrance of the barn while unloading, but must promptly park in the general parking area after they have unloaded.

  • Vendors are welcome to sell merchandise, take deposits, and book appointments during the trade show.

  • When you break down your area please clean up after yourself and throw your trash away.

  • We reserve the right to deny any business admittance to the expo.

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

  • Individual booths may not conduct their own door prize drawings at the show. You may allow attendants to enter the drawing at the show and choose the winner at a later date. It will be the vendor’s responsibility to get the prize to the winner.

  • If you wish to give a door prize in the Elevation Bridal drawing you must have your prize with you the day of the trade show. After the winner is selected, the winner will be directed to your booth to collect their prize.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these guidelines without prior notice. All decisions made by the Elevation Bridal staff are final.

Vendor Registration

    Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an invoice via the email you provided. The invoice total will reflect the final booth price, depending on your individual selections. Invoices must be paid in full within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that your spot will not be reserved until we approve your application and receive your payment.
